Air Fryer Granola! You will love this simple air fryer granola recipe. It is quick and easy to put together. My homemade chocolate granola is crunchy and packed with trail mix. It is filling, flavourful and delicious.

Equipment

  • Instant Pot (Vortex) Air Fryer

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Oats
  • 1 Cup Trail mix
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ½ Cup Olive oil
  • ½ Cup Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Peanut butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Liquid chocolate
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 180C/350F.
  • Pour the dry ingredients into a large bowl. Add the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
  • Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and transfer the mixture. Spread out with a spoon or spatula into an even layer.
  • Cook at a temperature of 160C/320F for 30 - 45 minutes, Stirring halfway through the cooking.
  • Remove the granola from the air fryer basket using the edges of the parchment paper and allow it to cool completely.
  • Transfer in an airtight container, serve and enjoy!
