Air Fryer Eggless Banana Bread Recipe (Easy+Healthy)

This eggless banana bread is perfectly moist, fluffy, and delicious! I made this bread using my blender and air fryer. You don’t have to use a mixer or an air fryer because you can always use your oven and the end goal remains the same.
Measure the flour correctly. Use a kitchen scale to measure the flour instead of measuring cups. Remember, measuring cups vary slightly, but scale measurement stays the same. Combine the flour and baking powder and set aside.
Prep the remaining ingredients; prepare the pan by greasing it with oil and line it with a baking sheet.
Peel the bananas in a blender, add all the wet ingredients and blend till smooth.
Use a spatula, and fold in the flour, mixed spice and baking powder into the wet ingredients until combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared bread loaf pan and bake in the air fryer for 30 to 40 minutes or until a skewer or toothpick inserted into the centre of the loaf comes out clean.
Bring it out of the air fryer, and leave it to cool for a few minutes (about 10 minutes). Then, turn it onto a wire rack to cool completely. Slice the banana bread and enjoy!
