Air fryer Kebabs (chicken Kabobs)! This recipe will make a great appetizer or a healthy dinner for the family. Skewered chicken breast pieces and vegetables are tender, succulent, and bursting with flavors.
600gboneless skinless chicken breast fillets(1½ lb) You can also use boneless chicken thighs
1teaspoononion powder
1teaspoongarlic granules
1teaspoononion powder
½teaspoonblack pepper
1teaspoonoregano
½tablespoonchicken stock powderoptional
1teaspoonsalt
1tablespoonlemon juice
1zucchini/courgettelarge
2mixed bell peppers
1onionuse white onions, red or yellow.
2tablespoonsoil
Instructions
Combine chicken pieces, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Mix to combine. Add the chopped bell peppers, zucchini, onions, paprika, and oil. Mix all to combine. Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap/cling film and marinate for at least 30 minutes or longer if you prefer. You can use it immediately.
Then, thread the marinated chicken and vegetables on the skewer, and repeat the process until all are exhausted.
Preheat the air fryer for 2 minutes at 200C/400F.
Arrange the chicken skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Make sure it is not overcrowded. Cook for 12 minutes at 200C/400F or until fully cooked and the chicken is no longer white when cut into. Carefully flip the kabob halfway through.
Remove from the air fryer, serve and enjoy!
