These blueberry muffins in an air fryer are easy and quick to make! A perfect dessert or breakfast option for you and your loved ones at any time. The muffin is moist, fluffy and delicious. Also, it is packed full of blueberry flavour from fresh blueberries.
Preheat the air fryer for 3 minutes at 200C/400F.In a small bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.In a separate medium-sized bowl, stir together melted butter and sugar. Add egg yolk, vanilla, and milk and whisk until blended.
Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients, gently fold in blueberries and pour into a buttered ramekin.
Bake blueberry muffins for 15 minutes at 165C/330F or until the top is golden and the centre is firm.
Remove ramekins from the air fryer. Place them on a rack to cool slightly. Serve and enjoy!
