A quick 10-minute air fryer shrimp for the win! It is a perfect low-carb choice for a quick weeknight meal. This perfectly air-fried shrimp or prawn is tender and delicious. This recipe can stand alone or served with pasta or rice for a complete dish.

Equipment

  • Air fryer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb shrimp (Fresh, frozen or thawed)
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic (I recommend roasted garlic for full flavour)
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger powder
  • ¼ teaspoon mixed herbs (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon oil (Any cooking oil; olive oil, avocado oil)
  • Salt (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the shrimps.
    Season with paprika, garlic, ginger, and mixed herbs.
    Spray some cooking oil and stir to combine.
  • Set your air fryer 180C/356F and cook for 10 minutes.
    Turn over after 6 minutes and continue to cook for 4 minutes.
    Transfer the shrimp to your air fryer basket.
  • Remove from air fryer, serve, and enjoy!
