Air Fryer Breakfast Potatoes

Air fryer breakfast potatoes! A simple breakfast recipe withminimal ingredients you can find in your kitchen. Beautifully crispy on theoutside and soft on the inside. There are different ways to cut the potatoes, but I opt for this because it is easy to cook.

Equipment

  • Air fryer

Ingredients
  

  • 420 g Potatoes
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon chilli pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon oil Olive or vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut or dice potatoes into cube sizes about 1inch thickness, transfer them into a bowl and rinse under cold water.
  • Set your air fryer to 190C/385F for 15 minutes.
  • Drain and pat dry with a paper towel. Add onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper and oil to the potatoes and combine until well coated.
  • Transfer the potatoes to the air fryer.
  • Shake the basket after 10 minutes and continue to cook for another 5 minutes, so it cooks evenly. Air fry until crispy and golden.
  • Take it out of the air fryer, serve and enjoy.
