1TablespoonOlive oil substitute with oil of choice
1teaspoonSmoked paprikasubstitute with sweet paprika
½teaspoonGarlic granulessubstitute with freshly minced garlic cloves
¼teaspoonMixed herbsoptional
¼teaspoonOnion powder

Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer for 2 minutes at 200C/400F.
Mix the fish seasoning in a small bowl, add smoked paprika, garlic granules, mixed herbs, onions granules, salt, and black pepper and stir to combine.
Pat dry salmon with a kitchen paper towel. Drizzle the olive oil on the fillets.Rub the fish seasoning on each of the fillets.Spray the air fryer basket using a cooking spray.
Carefully place the salmon in the air fryer basket and cook at 200C/400F for 8 to 10 minutes or until the internal temperature registers 120F/50C.
Remove fish from the air fryer, serve and enjoy air fried salmon with skin!
