Ingredients
  

  • 3 chicken leg quarters without skin
  • 1 Tablespoon oil
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger powder
  • ½ Tablespoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon thyme
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer for 2 minutes at 200C/400F.
  • Pat the chicken dry with a kitchen towel.Rub each side of the chicken with oil and season generously with paprika, thyme, garlic and ginger powder.
  • Place the chicken in the air fryer and cook for 25 minutes (both sides)
  • Flip halfway through the cooking and allow to cook for 10 minutes. To know that the chicken is well cooked, the internal temperature must read 165F/75C.

  • Remove the chicken from the air fryer and rest for 2 minutes. Serve, and enjoy!
