Chicken Kebobs in Air Fryer (Chicken skewers)
Air-fried chicken kabobs with vegetables marinated in everyday spices for optimum flavor and then air-fried to perfection. I used my instant vortex 5.7ltr air fryer, which was big enough to fit five (5) pieces of skewered chicken.
I used long wooden skewers and cut them to fit into the air fryer basket. You can use metal skewers too.

How to Cook Air Fryer Chicken Kebabs (Chicken Kebobs)
Prep the chicken breast by soaking it in room temperature water and lemon juice for 15 minutes to clean it (optional). Then, cut the chicken into small pieces.
Combine chicken pieces, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Mix to combine. Add the chopped bell peppers, zucchini, onions, paprika, and oil. Mix all to combine.
Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap/cling film and marinate for at least 30 minutes or longer if you prefer. You can use it immediately.
Then, thread the marinated chicken and vegetables on the skewer, and repeat the process until all are exhausted.
Preheat the air fryer for 2 minutes at 200C/400F.
Arrange the chicken skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Make sure it is not overcrowded. Cook for 12 minutes at 200C/400F or until fully cooked and the chicken is no longer white when cut into. Carefully flip the kabob halfway through.
Remove from the air fryer, serve, and enjoy!

Tips
- You can reduce the recipe if cooking a small portion.
- Soak the wooden skewers in water for a few minutes while the chicken is marinating to stop it from burning during cooking.
