Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken
  • 3 bell peppers
  • Tablespoon fajita seasoning
  • 1 medium onions
  • Tablespoon olive oil
  • Black pepper optional
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash the bell peppers and pat them dry, then slice the peppers into thick strips and onions and slice the chicken into thin strips.
  • In a large bowl, add the sliced bell pepper, onions, and chicken strips and season with salt, black pepper and fajita seasoning, olive oil and mix well to combine.
  • Preheat the air fryer for 2 minutes at 190C/385F, add the chicken and peppers to the air fryer basket and cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Stir after 10 minutes.
  • Remove the air fryer basket once the chicken is fully cooked, and squeeze fresh lime or lemon juice. Serve immediately and enjoy!
