- In a large bowl, add the sliced bell pepper, onions, and chicken strips and season with salt, black pepper, and fajita seasoning, olive oil, and mix well to combine.
- Preheat the air fryer for 2 minutes at 190C/375F, and add the seasoned chicken and peppers to the air fryer basket in a .single layer Cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Stir after 10 minutes.
- Remove the air fryer basket once the chicken is fully cooked, and squeeze fresh lime juice. Serve immediately and enjoy delicious fajitas!

Fridge: let the chicken fajitas cool completely, store in an airtight container, and store in the fridge for 3 -5 days
Freezer: you can freeze for up to 3 months in an airtight container or freezer-safe bag. Thaw overnight in the fridge before reheating it.
