Ingredients
  

  • 500 g brussels sprouts
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder/granules
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon oiil
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash the Brussels sprouts and drain in a colander, alternatively, pat them dry with a paper towel. Trim the ends of the vegetable, cut them into two lengthwise, and transfer them to a bowl.
  • Add olive oil, garlic granules, salt, and pepper to the Brussels sprout. Mix to combine.
  • Transfer the seasoned vegetable into the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook in the air fryer for 8 to 10 minutes at 190C/380F, turning them halfway through until done or crispy.
  • Bring out from the air fryer, serve and enjoy!
