- Wash the Brussels sprouts in cold water and drain them in a colander, alternatively, pat them dry with a paper towel. Trim the ends of the vegetable, cut them into two lengthwise, and transfer them into a large bowl.
- Add olive oil, garlic granules, salt, and pepper to the Brussels sprout. Mix to combine.
- Transfer the seasoned vegetable into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook in the air fryer for 8 to 10 minutes at 190C/380F, turning them halfway through until done or crispy.
