Air fryer Furikake Salmon is tender inside and crispy on the outside. If you love salmon and are looking for a way to make it more flavourful and delicious, then using furikake is the way. This recipe is convenient and easy to make a perfectly healthy dinner.
Preheat the air fryer for 3 minutes at 200C/400F. Pat dry salmon with a kitchen paper towel.
Mix the mayonnaise, soy sauce, garlic powder and chilli flakes in a small bowl. Use a spoon to apply the paste generously on each fillet. Sprinkle some furikake seasoning on the fillets.
Spray the air fryer basket with some oil. Carefully place the salmon in the air fryer basket and cook at 200C/400F for 8 to 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reads 120F/50C.
Remove fish from the air fryer, serve and enjoy!
