Air fryer Furikake Salmon is tender inside and crispy on the outside. If you love salmon and are looking for a way to make it more flavourful and delicious, then using furikake is the way. This recipe is convenient and easy to make a perfectly healthy dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets 500g
  • 4 tablespoons furikake seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoons soy sauce
  • ¼ garlic powder
  • ½ chilli flakes
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer for 3 minutes at 200C/400F. Pat dry salmon with a kitchen paper towel.
  • Mix the mayonnaise, soy sauce, garlic powder and chilli flakes in a small bowl. Use a spoon to apply the paste generously on each fillet. Sprinkle some furikake seasoning on the fillets.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with some oil. Carefully place the salmon in the air fryer basket and cook at 200C/400F for 8 to 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reads 120F/50C.
  • Remove fish from the air fryer, serve and enjoy!
