How to Cook Meatballs in the Air Fryer
In a large bowl, mix the chicken mince with the ingredients. Gently mix until the chicken mixture comes together.
Scoop the meat mixture with a tablespoon or small cookie dough scoop and roll it into 1½- to 2-inch balls. You should get about 24 balls or more.
Place meatballs in the air fryer basket. Cook at 200C/400F for 10- 12 minutes, or until cooked through. Shake halfway through. Serve and enjoy!
How to Store and Reheat Chicken Meatballs
To store in the fridge, place the meatballs in an airtight container or a Ziploc bag. They will keep for up to three days.
To freeze, let the air-fried meatballs cool completely first. Then store them in a freezer-safe container for up to three months.
To reheat, you don't need to thaw frozen meatballs. Just heat them at 160C or 320F for 3 to 4 minutes, or until hot.
