This potato dish complements other dishes. It is perfect with eggs, fish, or even stuffed chicken breast. Both young and old will love it. You can try it with some ketchup.
These seasoned breakfast potatoes cubed or diced are easy and quick to make. There is no need to keep watch - place it in the air fryer for 15 minutes while you do something else. It cooks faster in the air fryer than in the conventional oven.

How to Make Breakfast Potatoes in Air Fryer
Step by step
- Cut or dice potatoes into cube sizes about 1 inch thick, transfer them into a bowl, and rinse under cold water.
- Set your air fryer to 190C/385F for 15 minutes.
- Drain and pat dry with a paper towel. Add onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, and oil to the potatoes and combine until well coated.
- Transfer the potatoes to the air fryer.
- Shake the basket after 10 minutes and continue to cook for another 5 minutes, so it cooks evenly. Air fry until crispy and golden.
- Take it out of the air fryer, serve, and enjoy.
Tips
- You can cook it with the skin on or peeled; the choice is yours. If you decide to leave the skin on, ensure it is scrubbed and cleaned before cooking.
- Do not overload the potatoes in the air fryer to allow them to cook properly.
