Cooking air fryer frozen fish sticks at the right temperature is vital otherwise you may end up with soggy breaded fish. You will love these fish sticks because it's convenient, quick, and easy to make for the family. It comes out crispy each time, and no time waiting around tossing and turning.
If you are not a fan of frozen foods, you can make your fish sticks at home from scratch. All you need is a white fish like cod or haddock. Cut into finger sizes, dipped into egg wash before coating with plain or golden breadcrumbs.

Fish fingers are popularly served to children for lunch or dinner at home or at parties. Try with any sauce of choice and serve with mashed potatoes, chips and peas or broccoli.
The size and thickness of the fish sticks or fingers will determine how long to cook it.
I am using my instant vortex air fryer, 5.7L and can fit up to 12 fish fingers in the basket conveniently. You can fit as many as you like in your air fryer, but try not to overload or stack the fish to allow even cooking.

What you will need
Frozen Fish Sticks – use any brand of choice. I have used the ASDA brand.
Cooking oil spray – optional.
Sauce – use any sauce of choice. Both young and old enjoy tartar sauce, peri peri or ketchup. I love it with my garlic herb sauce.
