Cooking fish sticks at the right temperature in an air fryer is vital; otherwise, you may end up with soggy fish sticks. You will love this side dish because it's convenient, quick, and easy to make for the family. It comes out crispy each time, and there's no point waiting around tossing and turning in a pot on the stove.
You will love these air fryer frozen fish fillets. Why not give them a try?
If you are not a fan of frozen foods, you can make your fish sticks at home from scratch. All you need is a white fish like cod or haddock. Cut them into finger-sized pieces, dip them into egg wash, and coat them with plain or golden breadcrumbs.

Air Fryer Fish Fingers
Fish fingers are a popular lunch or dinner option for kids at home or at parties. Try them with any sauce you like and serve with mashed potatoes, tater tots, or mozzarella sticks for the kids; they're a game-changer and the best frozen fish sticks for the whole family.
The size and thickness of the fish sticks or fingers will determine how long to cook them. I am using my Instant Vortex air fryer (5.7L), and it fits up to 10 fish fingers in the basket. You can fit as many as you like in your air fryer, but try not to overload or stack the fish to allow even cooking.
Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness, and the internal temperature of the fish should register 125F/51C.

What you will need
Frozen fish sticks – use any brand of your choice. I have used the ASDA brand. Feel free to use any brand you like.
Cooking oil spray – optional.
Sauce – use your favourite sauce. Both young and old enjoy tartar sauce, peri-peri, or ketchup. I love it with my garlic herb sauce.
