How to Make Blueberry Muffins in Air Fryer
Preheat the air fryer for 3 minutes at 200C/400F.
In a small bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate medium-sized bowl, stir together melted butter and sugar. Add egg yolk, vanilla, and milk and whisk until blended.
Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients, gently fold in blueberries, and pour into a buttered ramekin.
Place in the air fryer basket and bake for 15 minutes at 165C/330F or until the top is golden brown and the center is firm.
Remove from the air fryer. Place them on a cooling rack for a few minutes to cool. Serve and enjoy delicious muffins!
How to Store
