How to Store
This air fryer blueberry muffin should be kept in the fridge for up to 5 days. Wrap the ramekin in a cling film or keep the muffin in an airtight container.
Tips
- Do not let the batter sit too long before putting it in the air fryer.
- Fold the flour into the mix using a wooden spoon instead of the hand mixer.
- Keep all the cake ingredients at room temperature.
- Lower the air fryer temperature if the muffin becomes brown too fast on the top.
- Sprinkle some flour on the blueberries before adding to the batter. This will help hold the berries so as not to sink.
- Add some muffin toppings if you like for texture and extra sweetness.
